Pilates is a low-impact workout that strengthens muscles and improves your posture and flexibility. While it often targets the core area, its benefits extend to the entire body and mind, giving you the ability to move more freely through your life.
At Aligned Pilates, we believe you should feel strong and confident enough to pursue any endeavor in your life, and that you should be actively celebrated and supported. That’s what our studio offers every day. We’re here for you to live and feel your best.
The Aligned Pilates team loves sharing the wellness Pilates brings with all of our clients. Each of our team members also has amazing stories to share about their own lives and transformations.
All of our teachers are comprehensively trained and bring something unique to their classes and clients.
Train with elite Pilates professionals who have a track record of getting clients outstanding results. Aligned Pilates ensures that your workouts are goal-oriented with purpose and direction, taking the guesswork out of your program.
If you don’t have a goal, it’s hard to be motivated to workout for your goals. If your goal isn’t specific, it will prove to be very difficult to have the motivation or knowledge of how to achieve the goal.
Working with a professional Pilates teacher provides both the how and the confidence that it can be done! Whether you’re brand new to exercise or an experienced athlete, we all have our ups and downs when it comes to training our bodies. By setting smart short-term and long-term fitness goals before we start training, we’ll help you reach your wellness goals. Get in touch to discuss how you want Pilates to help you.

Our instructors perform hundreds of hours of training to meet teacher standards so they can provide the highest quality workouts.
It is most important that you dress for comfort. However, we can best see body alignment in form-fitting clothing, such as leggings or spandex shorts and a fitted top. We recommend men wear compression shorts.
Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio. There are shelves and benches available for shoes, purses, and other items.
We prefer that you are barefoot during your workout, but if you feel more comfortable in footwear, slip resistant socks are required. Please inform us if you have a condition that requires shoes. We will do our best to accommodate any special needs.
Finally, remove dangling and/or oversized jewelry and secure any loose hair before your session.
Visit our “Book Now” buttons to reserve space for a class and to pay for your time.
We offer one-time payment options, as well as class packages and a month-long unlimited package. Feel free to pay for what makes the most sense for your needs and schedule.
Payment is due at time of service. A credit card on file is required. However, we accept cash, check, Visa/Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Finally, as a small studio that focuses on intimate class sizes for individualized training, we ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of all appointments and classes. No shows or less than 24 hour notice will be charged at the posted session rate. We do not offer refunds for any purchases.
You will find descriptions of each of our classes by hovering over the class type on the schedule page. But the honest answer is we’d love to talk to you before we make any recommendations. Our classes are limited to 10 or less, and you will always use the spring driven equipment. Expect a lot of hands on and personal attention.
First of all, we can’t wait to meet you and learn about your wellness objectives!
Next, we have some simple studio etiquette recommendations to follow on your first day. Arrive on time. In respect to others’ time, your session will end at its scheduled time, even if you are late.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your private lesson and you do not notify your teacher, the session may be considered a no-show and you will be charged at the posted rate.
To avoid class disruptions, late arrivals for group sessions will not be admitted.
Inform staff of any injuries or changes to your health history prior to your session/class.
And finally, wipe down and put away equipment/mats/props at the end of your session.
