A FREE 30 minute class with an intro workout on the Reformer.

Core Burn 45

Get in, get the burn, and get on with your day with our 45-minute lunch hour class. 

Reformer Flow

Deepen your Pilates practice in this intermediate level Reformer class. A foundation on the Reformer is required.

Reformer + Core Sculpt

A blend of Pilates reformer and mat exercises, this class provides a full body workout with an extra emphasis on core strengthening.

Advanced Apparatus

This advanced level Pilates class utilizes the Reformer, mat, and mixed apparatus equipment. Instructor approval is REQUIRED prior to enrollment.

Reformer Essentials

Reformer Essentials is a full-body workout utilizing the Pilates Reformer and other equipment. It’s perfect for beginners or seasoned practitioners.

Donation Based Community Class
