Payment is due at time of service. A credit card on file is required unless you have pre-purchased a package of five or more sessions.
Cash, check, Visa/Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
We do not offer refunds for any purchases.
Please give your teacher at least a 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your scheduled class or private session. No shows or less than 24 hour notice will be charged at the posted session rate.
Arrive on time. In respect to others’ time, your session will end at its scheduled time even if you are late.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your private lesson and you do not notify your teacher, the session may be considered a no-show and you will be charged at the posted rate.
Late arrivals for group sessions will not be admitted so as not to disrupt the class, unless arrangements have been previously made with the teacher.
Do not use equipment that you have not been trained on, or are not instructed to use. When using the equipment, practice the safety techniques that you have been taught to assure yours and everyone else’s safety.
If something is making you uncomfortable or producing pain, stop immediately, inform the teacher, and contact your physician if need.
Wipe down equipment/mats and return them to the proper place at the end of each session.
To assure cleanliness and avoid outside debris in our barefoot workspace, remove your shoes upon entering the studio. There are shelves and benches available for shoes, purses, and other items.
It is most important that you dress for comfort. However, we can best see body alignment in form-fitting clothing. This includes leggings/yoga pants or spandex shorts, and a waist length or longer fitted top. Men may be most comfortable wearing compression shorts.
Please refrain from using perfumes/colognes and heavily scented lotions; they can cause problems for those with allergies or sensitivities.
As a safety precaution, remove dangling and oversized jewelry and secure loose hair before your session.
We prefer that you are barefoot during your workout, but if you feel more comfortable in footwear we ask that you use slip resistant socks. “Toesox or no socks” will prevent slipping and injuries. Please inform us if you have a condition that requires shoes. We will do our best to accommodate any special needs.
